I was referred to the Rock Hill location of Freemans Stereo by my Sales Person at Fort Mill Ford. I don't normally write these sorts of things but then again I don't normally receive service like I have at Freemans.

I had gone to another ford dealer in the rock hill area to install a back up camera. After leaving my car there all day they told me they could not figure out how to integrate it in my existing Navigation system. I Called Chien at the Rock Hill location and his response was of course we can help you with that. Chien researched the problem, called support people and had someone on standby via cell phone to walk the technician through how to do it. He treated my time as being very valuable and made sure everything was in order before I ever brought in my vehicle. This was just the beginning. He also agreed to meet me at the store late one night because I had to work late to allow me to pick up my vehicle.

I cannot say enough good things about both Chien and the service guys at Freemans. I was so impressed in addition to the back up camera I also had them install a Viper alarm system with remote car start and an iphone interface, a light bar with 4 HID fog lights, and an HID conversion kit for the headlights. I had actually already talked to an off road shop about doing the HID fog lights and headlight conversion kit but I cancelled after the service I had received at Freemans. I felt like I had to reward the service I had recieved. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Rock Hill Freemans location.

If you are considering having any of their products installed. Call them before you decide. Ask for Chien, you will not be dissapointed.

I had the pleasure of working with Brian Rawlings at your Huntersville store. I purchased a 2006 Mercedes E350 of which I needed to install my XM radio. At first I went to Best Buy because I had used them in the past. They could not help me but recommended Freemans. It appeared that I was not going to be able to enjoy statellite radio again. Brian's diligent research has made my dream come true. Where did you find this employee? He has always been pleasant when I called and ready to help. He worked with me until the end. The funny thing is, the two of us have never met. He is awesome and is the epitome of wonderful customer service. I will recommend Freeman's because of him.

My wife and I moved to the Cornelius area in 2006, having sold our condo in Naples, Florida along with all of the furniture, artwork, and audio/video systems at the purchaser's request. We were tired of the constant hurricane threats, and decided on the Charlotte area after a nationwide internet search, having no experience with the area. We rented for over a year before finding a house in Cornelius.

Freeman's came to our attention due to your presence in Cornelius, and we first dealt with Kevin Balint, your audio/video manager at that location. We checked all price quotes for competitiveness, and the reputation of the company. With no experience with your company or the area, we were very concerned that having only one company supplying and installing our complete system, with seven TV's, receivers, DVD recorders, Blue Ray players, remote controls, etc. was a significant investment and concurrent risk if the installation or equipment didn't perform correctly.

Your lead installer, Matt Elledge, did an excellent job, and has been back several times in the last two years to add additional equipment or help us relocate it as we bought furniture to house it. When Kevin left your firm, Chad Fagin replaced him seamlessly, and has been extremely attentive to our needs. We did in fact have problems with the three all-purpose remotes purchased for various rooms in that over time, they wouldn't charge correctly in their cradles and began to have performance problems. Chad had them replaced at no charge several times, only to have them eventually fail again.

Two weeks ago, Chad replaced all of the remotes with a different brand, and Matt spent two days with us installing and programming them. They seem to work perfectly. This was done at no cost to us, and independently, the cost to replace these units would have been in the thousands of dollars. In speaking to Chad, there was never a question as to whether Freeman's would stand behind your original warranty, and we're very appreciative. We will not hesitate to recommend Freeman's Stereo Video to any of our acquaintances as a cost-competitive, efficient and trustworthy company who provides ongoing personal attention.

I have to admit, your staff including Travis the manager, did an excellent job on my 1969 Pontiac Firebird. We put in a hidden system using the original speaker space. He built a small case to be able to use 2 speakers in the 4” x 10” original speaker space. He put everything back in absolutely perfectly. I got it back in much more perfect shape than I dropped it off in.

I did send him a thank you not which I hope he received. The job exceeded my expectations. Nothing but compliments to your staff.

My wife and I enjoyed the professional level of service while selecting a DVD player. The positive experience was based primarily on the knowledgeable sales stag. Our questions were answered without any hesitation and we had confidence in what we were told…. For example, I understood why the mount could be matched, but not the DVD casing and I understood how and where it would be mounted and why. Others were quick to show the product and slow to answer or explain.
